Style Tips for Men

Style is an individual choice of how one want to be perceived. Some people develop style without consciously thinking about it, because it is inherent in every man. The loose end to style is that it can run to the extreme, where people can look like butterflies or monkeys on the street. This is why style and fashion have to work together to become relevant.

Style Inspiration That Will Keep Your Style Timeless
1.     Find your Color:  Knowing your basic colors will help you choose clothes that compliment your hair color and complexion. This will help you look more put together overall.
2.     Don’t be afraid of colors. Most men are scared of wearing bright color. They feel it’s loud and feminine.  Mehn, I am not saying start wearing yellow, pink and red together, but experiment with colors. It’s not bad to be the center of attention because of your daring fashion choices every once in a while
3.     There’s no shame in asking for help. If you’re having a hard time finding a style that looks good on you, ask people what they think.
4.      Wear good shoes. Good shoes won’t only look nice, they’ll also help you keep good posture and stand taller.
5.     DO wear age-appropriate clothing. Your style need to belong to the present moment
6.     Pay attention to looking good rather than looking different. It’s OK to wear trendy items or classic pieces. Looking good will make you stand out more than any effort at looking different will.
7.     Invest in a pair of blue suit. Granted, black suit are pretty versatile but it’s always good to have options. Blue suit will look great with grey, or pink.
8.     Ask you stick to what works for you, try new designs. As you grow, so should your style.
9.     Don’t skip the tailoring. Sure, having your clothes tailored takes time. However, unless you want to look homeless you should make sure your clothes fit properly.
10. Invest in good laundry products. Whether it’s detergent, an ironing board or some other tool of the trade, keeping your clothing looking great will go a long way towards helping your style

President Buhari and his Terrible Fashion Sense.

President Muhammadu Buhari, Nigerian President has won the award for the ‘Traditional President Ever’. During his campaign, he was seen in a suit that actually fit and we all thought that to be the face of change.
However, after he won the election, he has never worn a suit that actually fit, that is if he gets to wear a suit.

We know President Buhari is slim before we voted him, he need not to wear a suit bigger than him just to look bigger.

President Buhari, should imitate President Obama when he doesn’t know what to wear. A navy blue suit, pale blue shirt and complementary dark blue tie sometimes are the combination he should consider. Not only is this a less harsh combination than a bright white shirt and light-sucking black suit but it’s also more approachable.

Sometimes, I wonder what President Buhari would look like in his downtime or leisure moments, would he also be wearing his everyday native wear.
I totally agree that he is really hard-working person, yeah right; he’s got a lot on his desk as a president and may not give much thought to fashion. But even if he doesn’t, other people notice what he wears. Therefore, he needs to start paying attention to what he looks like when he leaves the house. He too can be fashionable, when he has the right attitude and the right information

Why I Think President Obama Has Great Fashion Sense

President Obama, America out-going president, has in the last eight years proved to be one of the best fashionable presidents. His fashion sense is second to none in the list of the world presidents.

He knows his size of suit and shirts. You cannot find President Obama in a suit that doesn’t fit. He is not in the list of men that never find a suit that fit and sure he doesn’t need a big suit to increase his size.

When in doubt of what to wear, follow President Obama’s all blue attire. A navy blue suit, pale blue shirt and complementary dark blue tie is the combination every man should imitate every once in a while. Not only is this a less harsh combination than a bright white shirt and light-sucking black suit (meaning you won’t look so pale and washed out if you’ve had a stressful few days), but it’s also far more approachable.

When you see Obama on his leisure time, you had sing “don’t you wish your daddy was fine like mine” He is no dick on his downtime.

If a president like Obama can pay attention to what he wears, despite every other decision he has to make, then you are without an excuse. Even if you aren’t paying attention to your fashion look, you can be assured that everyone else is. Fashion is a giant part of our life and as the saying goes ‘people will stare, make it worth their eyes.
